Very very helpful experience. I went for some replacement sand and got a very useful education. I am not the pool expert for the pool in my backyard But I am the one caring for it now. The Person who helped me was very kind and patient and willing to teach me what I needed to know

Carolina Family built an in-ground pool for us in Clayton. We had 3 different contractors provide estimates and bid on the work. Carolina Family was the only company in the area that provided an automation system & robot by default. We chose Carolina Family and were more than happy with the quality of work, communication, and planning. Melissa was our project manager and she did an outstanding job explaining the process, coordinating the work, setting/meeting deadlines, and making sure we were happy with the end result.
